Introducing Barcode Battler Engine

Hi again!
No scans today, but I have translated and reviewed the code from finalfighter BarcodeBattler2Simulator and created a new library Barcode Battler Engine as open source.
All cards information are currently generated on-the-fly using this library. More info to enjoy ;)
