Update - Barcode Battler Seiden 4 and Fatal Fury chibi sets

Two new sets are now in the site.

One of the sets comes from the regular series is the 4th generation of Barcode Battler Seiden, the last one. The set are 31 cards that are meant to be played with "Barcode Battler II2 C2" add-on device. A very rare device.

On the other hand we have a 36 cards licensed set from Fatal Fury (Garou Densetsu). The peculiarity here are the chibi designs. 8 cards are reflectant.

Update - Meiji Choco Snacks

Hi! I could manage to scan more cards. This is a set that took me years in order to complete it. I am really happy to share it with you :)

This is a set of 40 cards that was included in choco snacks from Meiji brand. The most interesting part is, if you remember the european cards you will recognize some of this pictures. Yeah, those pictures were used in our cards in order to give a less chibi-anime look in our countries.

Update - Super Famicom Baseball

A new set has been added

Those are 14 cards included in the Super Famicom baseball game "Hatayama Hacchi no Pro Yakyuu News Jitsumeiban". Cards includes new features for team players.

In Barcode Battler devices are fighters to use in game.

Update - Hatterman CD

As a successful 90s product needs a licensed album CD.

Hatterman is one of the mascots created for Barcode Battler, with some manga episodes and an actor performing in some places.

A standard album, with some stylish shonen opening and typical J-pop songs were launched in an EP with 6 songs.

Of course 3 cards were included! 😊

Update - Here comes a new challenger

60 cards in total! Distributed in 3 clear cases.

Initially released for the BB first edition. Both sides of the cards has different stats.

Update - Odakyu Station Wars

All aboard!

This set is the Summer Rally '92 over 69 stations on Tokyo surroundings. An adventure to collect all these cards.

Collecting all 69 cards, you get an extra card. And, the first ones receive an another limited extra one card, which I don't have it yet.

So, the total of scanned cards for this set are 70. Enjoy this mix or train related stuff and Barcode Battler monsters.

Update - Batman Returns Calendar

Another interesting and rare set. This is probably one of the few collections of a licensed western product for Barcode Battler.

The set consists of 4 cards printed for the Batman Returns film premiere. Batman, Penguin and Catwoman in the front, a brief character description and a calendar indicating the premiere date in the back.

Batman is a soldier, the villlains are wizards and the heroes card is an HP boost power.

Update - Barcode Fighter Vol. 1

Hi there! A new update has arrived this month :D

This set is difficult to see in auctions and ads. It's not frequent, I was lucky to acquire a few months ago.

This is the first set of Barcode Fighter, based on a manga issued in corocoro magazine promoting Barcode Battler.

Conbini Wars Seiden 3 set

Hi everyone!

The third part of Conbini Wars Seiden (正伝3 破壊神伝) approximately "The original story 3: Divine legend of destruction" has been scanned. This set consists of 20 cards.

Those cards were included in the Barcode Battler II2 C2 separately add-on. You can see some images here (in spanish) and check the scanned instruction in archive.org

On the other hand, two more cards have typos in the image linking and have been fixed, sorry for that.

Introducing Barcode Battler Engine

No scans today, but I have translated and reviewed the code from finalfighter BarcodeBattler2Simulator and created a new library Barcode Battler Engine as open source.

All cards information are currently generated on-the-fly using this library. More info to enjoy ;)
